Return policy

Right of Return

Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to request a return. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service at contact@omniLicht.shop with your order number and reason for return.

2. You will receive return instructions, including the return address.

3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened beauty devices cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within days of delivery with photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
